Carnival Junction is a 300 hectare, integrated mixed use development located in Brakpan. Villa Ashanti, located in Brakpan, was completed in 2007. The residential development was valued at R24 million at the time of completion and consists of 80 sectional title units.
Sunset Boulevard in Brakpan was completed in 2008 and consists of 240 sectional title units. The project was valued at R108 million.
The Welgevonden housing development in Secunda was valued at R38 million and completed in 2009. The development consists of 81 sectional title units.
The Waterkloof Park project, valued at R7,5 million, consisted of two luxury full title 320m2 houses located in Waterkloof Park, Pretoria. These homes were completed in 2014.
The Soshanguve Boulevard is a mixed residential and commercial development that was undertaken between 2008 and 2016. It consists of 167 full title stands, 200 full title opportunities, 600 sectional title opportunities, and a commercial retail stand.
